A classical pianist, cellist and vocalist, Morgan Kibby soloed with orchestra and sang with the San Francisco Opera, jazz ensembles and musical theater throughout her youth.  Upon graduating the Lycée Français, Kibby became a core member of french band M83 writing, singing and performing live across the globe.  Two album cycles culminated in her first platinum single with “Midnight City”, a Grammy nomination, headlining a sold out Hollywood Bowl and touring internationally with, among others, Depeche Mode, The Killers and Kings of Leon. 

Kibby has co-written and produced on multiple Grammy nominated & number 1 albums including Panic! at the Disco, Harry Styles and Lady Gaga, produced, written and recorded solo material under the moniker White Sea & Sue Clayton, and remixed dozens of tracks from Lorde to The Weeknd.  

Her first score for Eva Husson’s "Bang Gang” in 2015 premiered to critical acclaim in the Platform competition at TIFF and was later awarded Best Original Score at Les Arcs European Film Festival. Subsequently, Kibby attended the 2016 Sundance Composer Lab and has gone on to score projects for Amazon, Netflix, Hulu, AMC, The BBC & the CW, as well as narrative features premiering at festivals including the official competition at Cannes.

In 2021 Morgan had the honor of testifying in Congress on behalf of her musical peers regarding digital copyright law, and recent work includes the BAFTA shortlisted “Mothering Sunday” starring Olivia Coleman, Colin Firth & Josh O’Connor, AMC's "Tales of the Walking Dead" , the BBC's "Am I Being Unreasonable" starring Daisy May Cooper, Amazon’s “The Power” & the upcoming series “Wilderness” along with Disney’s 7 part nature documentary series “Queens”.
